UPDATE August 6th, 2008

Holy balls.

Tomorrow is my last day at work and Friday is my last day in Cameron Park.

The trip two weeks ago went fine. There were some issues about cats (loong story), but it's been worked out.

Still not done packing, but I'm kind of left with a lot of stuff that needs to be thrown out or stuff that I can't pack until the very last minute.

Still working on getting a job up there. I'm not out of options yet, but I don't like the feeling of not having a job. So if anyone who lives up there (*cough*Tim) knows of a fun place to work, gimme! I was going to apply for gamestop, but I really don't like the mall hours, so I'm saving that.

I can do some more paintings (that are actually, you know, good) in the meantime and try to sell them, I guess. :/ I don't...really know a good place to sell art that's really effective lol. If anyone has ideas on that, do share plz.

I've been ridiculously tired, probably from the anxiety that I didn't realize I had quite so much of over this.

UPDATE March 7th, 08

(and now ) pimped me out in her journal which probably means I have to pass on the meme. I'm gonna wait a bit, though, until I've submitted a few more drawings and maybe hopefully get more watchers so I have more people to pimp lol.

ALSO ALSO: I've been getting a tiiiiiiiiiiiny bit, ever so slightly tired of portraits. I feel like doing something a little more abstract. I'm gonna experiment with some pen and ink and colored pencil (which I suck at) and maybe even some glass etching again. Glass etching is really fun. I also need to figure out how to take a picture of an etched mirror with getting a picture of my stupid face/camera with it. :B

Then there's my damn tablet that I both love and curse. Still practicing digital. :< Still suck at it lol.

I think I'm going to update both of them for a while until everyone is over here, then I'll stop updating the other one. I'll still keep it, because I have lots of comments that are nice, but I want this to be my main account eventually.
